New Feature

Editing emails just got way easier

Everyday edits in Kicksend now happen on the email itself. You get more control over the design, and the changes you make most often — copy, spacing, images, and icons — take less effort to get right.

The editor keeps layout, text, and structure together as you work. Change a headline, a crop, or the space around a block, and the rest of the email stays in place. What you see while you edit is what gets saved, so you can generate once and refine the campaign instead of starting over when a tweak goes sideways.

Edit the words in place

Click a headline, paragraph, or button and rewrite it on the email. Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough apply as you type, so the line looks the way it will send while you are still writing it.

Adjust spacing and section height visually

Tighten or open the space around a block, and set how tall a section should be, by changing it on the canvas. You can see the rhythm of the email shift as you go, and decide the spacing as a design choice rather than a guess in raw markup.

Crop and resize images inline

Crop a product shot or resize an image directly in the email. The crop and the frame around it stay independent, so you can polish the photo without pushing the blocks around it out of place.

Add an overlay when text sits on a photo

Place an overlay on a background image so headlines and body copy stay readable. You keep the photo you want, and the text on top of it has the contrast it needs.

Search, preview, and swap icons

Search the icon set, preview how an icon looks in the email, and swap it in. A simple symbol no longer means leaving the editor or dropping in a one-off image.

Ask for an AI change on any section

Describe the change you want in a section and let Kicksend apply it. Use it for a faster pass — a tighter headline, a different emphasis, a cleaner block — then keep editing the result by hand until it sounds like your brand.

Select exactly the element you mean

The selector lets you aim at the precise piece you want to change: a line of text, a button, an image, or the section around it. You land on the right element the first time and spend the edit on the thing you opened the email to fix.

Sections you have already saved come with you. Older blocks convert into the new format, so the reusable pieces you rely on stay available as you design in the new editor.
