May was one of our biggest months yet. We rebranded from Eltie to Kicksend, introduced email comments for easier collaboration, added AI-generated alt text and customer reviews imports, launched our private community for paid users, and upgraded the platform to Claude Opus 4.8 for even better email generation. It was a massive month of improvements, and we're only getting started.

May was one of our biggest months yet.
We rebranded from Eltie to Kicksend, shipped new collaboration tools, made AI-generated emails even smarter, and laid the groundwork for some major features coming soon.
The rebrand is officially live.
Our new name better reflects what we're building: a complete AI-powered email marketing platform, not just an email generator.
Same team. Same product. Better identity.
You can now leave comments directly on emails inside Kicksend.
Whether you're reviewing drafts with clients or collaborating with teammates, feedback now lives alongside the email instead of scattered across Slack, Docs, or screenshots.
Every image in every exported email now includes AI-generated alt text.
Meaningful images receive descriptive alt text, while decorative elements are intentionally left empty to follow accessibility best practices.
You can now upload a reviews CSV directly into your Knowledge panel.
Kicksend uses your real customer language, phrases, objections, and use cases to generate copy that sounds more authentic and aligned with your brand.
All paid customers now get access to our private Skool community.
Inside you'll find:
email marketing playbooks
Kicksend prompts and workflows
monthly live office hours with our team
If you're on a paid plan and haven't received your invite yet, let us know.
We've upgraded email generation to Claude Opus 4.8.
The result is noticeably stronger copy, especially for brands with a distinct voice and tone.
Email-based accounts can now reset their password directly from the login screen.
If you sign in with Google, you can also create a password to use either login method going forward.
May was a huge month, but we're just getting started.
See you in June.
