After months of building the most ambitious version of our product yet, we're stepping into a name that matches. Eltie is now Kicksend. Here's why.

Today I'm thrilled to share something that's been quietly in the works for months: Eltie is now Kicksend.
The product has grown a lot in the last year. What started as a focused tool to help Shopify brands generate Klaviyo campaigns has become something much bigger: an AI marketer that plans your strategy, designs your emails, and ships campaigns that actually drive revenue. We're tripling down on email, and we're going all in. The name needed to match.
We needed a name that could carry what we're building. Something that belongs in the same sentence as Klaviyo, Shopify, and the best email programs in DTC. Something you'd recommend to a friend without having to spell it out first. Kicksend gets there. Eltie didn't.
The last few months have been the most ambitious stretch of building we've ever done.
We launched a new Claude AI integration that powers smarter strategy and more on-brand copy than anything we've shipped before. We rebuilt the email editor from the ground up: section-level controls, AI-generated hero images, SVG transitions, and design quality that holds its own against anything in the DTC space. We added smart segment recommendations that take the guesswork out of who to send to and inventory-aware strategy so we never recommend a campaign for an out-of-stock product.
The product's evolution earned a name change. Kicksend is the version of us we've been becoming.
If you're already using us: your account, your campaigns, your data, your integrations are all exactly where you left them. You may see "Eltie" linger in a few places (some billing copy, the odd email signature) while we finish the transition, and that's normal.
You don't need to do anything. Just keep clicking Publish.
We're not slowing down. We're onboarding our first clients onto a new managed plan for brands who want their email program run end-to-end by our team. We've got more AI improvements queued up, the kind that make the difference between a good email and a great one. And we're going deeper into Shopify and Klaviyo with features that, frankly, don't exist anywhere else yet.
I started this company because I believed AI could give every Shopify brand the kind of email marketing that used to require a five-person team. I still believe that. The bar just keeps going up: for what AI can do, for what our customers expect, and for what we hold ourselves to.
To the founders, operators, and agencies who took a chance on us when we were still figuring it out: thank you. Genuinely.
Every campaign you ship, every reply you send to one of our update emails, every brand you tell about us, it compounds. We notice. We don't take it for granted.
